[Identified] "Since the 6th of November, we have been investigating and addressing disruptions affecting user login experiences for a small number of individual users. We are pleased to report that significant progress has been made in resolving these issues. A large number of affected users can now access the platform without any difficulties.
Our team continues to work diligently to ensure a full resolution for all users. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as necessary.

In the mean time a number of these issues can be resolved by clearing your cookies or browser cache, or by logging in via an InPrivate/incognito browser. Thank you for your patience"
